GBI requesting help in locating an individual

McMillan, age 21, was last seen walking away from his home on Nichols Circle in Blairsville, Union County, Georgia on Friday, April 28, 2023, between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. wearing a green shirt, blue jeans, and a backpack. McMillan may have made his way to Atlanta, Georgia. McMillian is a white man, 5’9” tall, and about 120 lbs.
