HALL COUNTY, Ga. — A Cumming man is in the Hall County Jail today charged with three counts of misdemeanor sexually battery after he allegedly assaulted female inmates.
Charles Henry Rice, 49, of Cumming worked s for a company that provides meal services for the Hall County Jail. Sheriff’s Office investigators say Rice assaulted the three female victims between June 16 and June 18 of this month.
