Pickens Sheriff’ Office asks for help to find wanted man

PICKENS COUNTY, Ga – Detectives from the Pickens County Sheriff’s Office are in search of Patrick Casey Nunn in connection to theft and other charges.

Nunn is wanted for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, theft by receiving, and violation of probation. He also warrants out Additionally, Cherokee and Gordon Counties have warrants out on him. Nunn recently fled on foot from another neighboring jurisdiction.

Detectives ask that anyone with information on his whereabouts contact the Criminal Investigation Division at 706-253-8935. Callers can remain anonymous.

    The supposed theft was him returning wood to the lumberyard truck driver for a deck that a customer would not pay for so she could rip him off when the job was complete. She reported as a theft even though she did not own the new wood. Why he had a weapon maybe a knife to cut ropes and the like. He wasn’t running he was building a styrofoam type house in Alabama.
